Founder, Certified Criminal Law Specialist
Gilbert is an accomplished litigator with over 35 years of experience trying criminal and family law cases. Gilbert received both his bachelor degree and his law degree from UCLA. In his free time he plays the congos as a part of a band.
Danielle Duarte
Associate Attorney
Danielle joined the firm after graduating from Loyola Law School in 2015. She is a tenacious attorney with a proven track record of success litigating both civil and criminal matters.During law school, Danielle founded an Entertainment Law blog and interned with the litigation departments at Warner Brothers Studios and Lionsgate Studios. Danielle received her undergraduate degree from USC.
